dc.description.abstract	Autorka wyjaśnia bariery prawnoautorskie, które ograniczają swobodne upowszechnianie treści naukowych w Internecie. Wskazuje, ze prawo nie przystaje do globalnej wymiany informacji i powinno być zreformowane. W prawie autorskim brak nowych pojęć takich jak domena publiczna i brak jej szczególnej ochrony. Biblioteki mają mnóstwo problemów z upowszechnianiem wiedzy i na nie wskazuje autorka podając jednocześnie przykłady dobrych praktyk i rozwiązań.
dc.description.abstract	The author explains copyright barriers which restrict the free dissemination of scientific content on the Internet. Indicates that the right does not belong to the global exchange of information and should be reformed. In copyright There are no concepts such as the public domain and lacks the special protection. Libraries have a lot of problems with the dissemination of knowledge and not giving the author shows examples of good practices and solutions.
