Taken issues in this book include theoretical and empirical including the folded issue functioning of perpetrators is which of sex offences and the possibility of their rehabilitation. Sexual murderers, the perpetrator of rapes and widely comprehended the perpetrator of the paedophilia were in an area of research interests.
Due to big diversifying factors of acts creating called the incentive and situational background, as well as the diversified arrangement of risk factors tied together directly or indirectly with committed acts, as the theoretical base integration theories of the sex crime were adopted. In the implementation of studies a quality strategy which was most suitable for the realization of adopted research aims was used.
The presentation of cases was aimed at showing fundamental diversities which are appearing between behaviours of perpetrators of all sorts categories, but also indicating many diversities within the set category of acts connected for example with the fundamental motive for the act, with the way of making him, the more late behaviour and cognitive disorders which are revealing to perpetrators. Thanks to using quality methods deepened examining the its situation in life of perpetrators became possible, that with special taking into account complex processes resulting in committing these special, drastic acts.
Analysis of the gathered research material from the attention on considerable his amount and big diversifying factors diagnosed at individual examined perpetrators required making balance sheets allowing for comparing features. Features of properties preceding making the sex offence were distinguished in the integration perspective. Integration including factors being included in various areas of functioning of individual perpetrators enabled the category in the more distant stage to draw up appropriate rehabilitation demands including the most important components of the their situation in life and action of perpetrators. Moreover the moved integration presentation has a criminological advantage.
Arrangements drawn up of properties preoffender let for establishing risk factors associated with committing the given type of the sex offence. In their description the most essential components of the one's situation in life and activity conditions for the perpetrator embracing were taken into account: the type of the relation with the mother and the type of the relation with the father, traumatic experience in the period of the childhood or the early youth, including symptoms of the criminal career, personality-sexual profile, situational background both factors being included in a distant situation, as well as and close, choice of the victim and the manner with her, as well as of cognitive disorder.
Rehabilitation influences drawn up addressed to sexual perpetrators of all sorts categories constitute the last part of this book.
