The paper deals with the problems of the improvement of the decision-making process that is composed of two sub-systems: preparations for making a decision and taking it. Based on the multiaspect characteristics of the essence and conditions of the decision-making process a referential model of decision-making has been proposed. The model assumes the existence of two principles that apparently may seem contradictory – the principle of rationality and the principle of creative uniqueness. Decision-making that follows this model increases the opportunities for making adequate decisions and implementing innovative enterprises which contribute to the company’s development. |
