The revival of philosophical and political reflection, dating from the publication of the works of John Rawls called Theory of Justice (1971), is associated with significant changes in the political and legal discourse, whose consequences are visible even today. So, regardless of the shallowness or depth of data concepts and political attitudes can be from one side to expose their ideological pedigree or the other, trace the argument that use specific positions. Briefly speaking – (1) the decisions taken at the level of legislation have their roots in (2) ethical systems, and these may be considered (3) in the metha-ethic perspective. This article aims to show the structures of argument concerning the economic issues based on the concepts of self. |
