dc.description.abstractThe revival of philosophical and political reflection, dating from the publication of the works of John Rawls called Theory of Justice (1971), is associated with significant changes in the political and legal discourse, whose consequences are visible even today. So, regardless of the shallowness or depth of data concepts and political attitudes can be from one side to expose their ideological pedigree or the other, trace the argument that use specific positions.
