Abstract
W książce dokonano analizy koncepcji przejściowych rynków pracy jako nowoczesnego podejścia do polityki rynku pracy. Zbadano jej założenia, skutki społeczno-ekonomiczne w Europie Zachodniej oraz określono możliwości jej aplikacji w polskich warunkach.
In the book a concept of Transitional Labour Market (TLM) as a modern approach for labour market policies is analysed. The TLM concept foundations and its socio-economic impact in Western Europe were studied. Prospects for implementation of the concept in Polish environment were examined.
