dc.description.abstract	The aim of the paper is to analyse spatial differentiation of food expenditures in Poland in the years 1998-2006. The study is based upon the data collected by the Central Statistical Office. In order to evaluate an influence of the determinants that differentiate the level of the food expenses, the error component regression models are estimated. The results of the statistical analysis of household food expenditures are presented as well.	pl
