Organizacja pracy zespołu redaktorów czasopisma elektronicznego „Biuletyn EBIB”

Abstract

The Author presents the rules of organizing the work of editorial team of “Biuletyn EBIB”, a digital journal which has been online since 1999. The team’s work is done remotely (teleworking), with all tasks coordinated via the Internet. It poses a number of organizational problems, but also has numerous advantages. The article contains the outline of “Biuletyn Ebib’s” history, the structure and organization of Stowarzyszenie EBIB (EBIB Association), which publishes the periodical. It outlines the aspects related to the team’s multitasking and its dispersion, which are characteristic for editorial teams working on publications released in the Open Access model.Autorka przybliża zasady organizacji pracy zespołu „Biuletynu EBIB”, czasopisma elektronicznego, które ukazuje się w internecie od 1999 roku. Prace zespołu są wykonywane zdalnie (telepraca), a wszystkie zdania koordynowane przez internet. Rodzi to szereg problemów organizacyjnych. W artykule omówiono historię powstania „Biuletynu EBIB”, strukturę i organizacje Stowarzyszenia EBIB, które wydaje periodyk. Przedstawiono także aspekty związane z wielozadaniowością zespołu oraz jego rozproszeniem, które są charakterystyczne dla redakcji pracujących nad publikacjami wydawanymi w modelu open access.
