Abstract

The article is devoted to changes of civil law related to the entry into force the Founded Things Act. Specific considerations have been preceded by an introductory note, which mentions analyzed regulations. Selected issues has been discussed at four points. The first concerns the personal scope of new regulations. In the second social relations regulated by them have been indicated. The third point is devoted to finder and keeper obligations and the fourth to rights of these entities. In the last part of the article an evaluation of explored matter has been formulated.

Artykuł poświęcony jest zmianom prawa cywilnego związanym z wejściem w życie ustawy o rzeczach znalezionych. Rozważania szczegółowe poprzedzone zostały uwagą wstępną, w której wymieniono przepisy będące przedmiotem analizy. Wybrana problematyka omówiona została w czterech punktach. Pierwszy dotyczy zakresu podmiotowego nowych regulacji. W drugim wskazano normowane przez nie stosunki społeczne. Trzeci punkt poświęcono obowiązkom znalazcy i przechowującego, czwarty natomiast prawom tych podmiotów. W ostatniej części pracy sformułowano ocenę badanej materii.
