dc.description.abstract Nowadays one of the greatest problems of people is uncertainty. People are touched by a crisis of faith and the accompanying crisis of confidence in science. Paradoxically in response their statements in fundamental problems are not more cautious. Especially in the field of art they negate taboo, which they are not sure – not sure, but also which they can not denied. In Poland there are many examples of that tendency. Some of them are constructed like blasphemy – but we should ask if blasphemy can be made by somebody who do not believe in God? Maybe it is only some strategy, element of publicity – but even if it is true, it shows, that faith is still important element of social order. Only if it is true, provocation can be successful.
