Abstract

Currently the job market forces on graduated students from tourism branch of study not only theoretical but also practical knowledge. Therefore it is expected from them professionalization, specific specialization and management skills of knowledge, of time and of human resources. It becomes essential to know the trends and tendencies relating to specific branch, including tourism branch. Development of medical tourism example shows that there is an urgent need to create an innovative range of courses, adapted to the needs of the modern labor market and consumer expectations. Chosen analysis of the project “Medical-tourism offer as an innovation of Poznan agglomeration” was also presented.
