Przyszłość zasobów pracy w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim

Abstract

W opracowaniu dokonano analizy kształtowania się populacji zasobów pracy w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim do 2035 r., wskazując na zmiany zarówno ilościowe, jak i jakościowe, które zajdą w tej populacji.

The aim of this paper is to show a quantitative and qualitative changes that are going to take place in the population of working-aged people in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship by the year 2035. Attention has been given to a reduction in the number of population in working age and reduction of its share in general population of the region, the developing process of its maskulinisation and aging and an increase in the liability of nonworking-age population, particularly in the post-working age. In the coming period there will be a significant increase in people’s education, which will favor an increase in the level of population’s economic activity. There will be also significant change in the territorial distribution of labor resources within the province.
