On 26 th –27 th June 2014, the Institute of Information Science and Book Studies at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun organised the first conference dedicated to Polish tegumentology. Its aim was to create a forum for exchange of information and experiences by Polish tegumentology specialists from the largest Polish research centres. The article summarizes the conference and contains basic information about the presented papers.
W dniach 26–27 czerwca 2014 r. w Toruniu odbywała się zorganizowana przez Instytut Informacji Naukowej i Bibliologii Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu konferencja naukowa poświęcona polskiej tegumentologii. Jej istotnym celem było stworzenie forum wymiany informacji i doświadczeń dla rodzimych tegumentologów z możliwie najliczniejszych ośrodków naukowych. Artykuł podsumowuje konferencję i prezentuje informacje na temat wygłoszonych w jej ramach wystąpień.
