Wpływ organizacji Mistrzostw Europy w Piłce Nożnej UEFA EURO 2012 na rozwój infrastruktury drogowej w Polsce

Abstract

Nie od dziś wiadomo, że imprezy sportowe kreują charakter miast czy państw. Wiele jednostek odkryło moc promocji poprzez tego typu wydarzenia. Tak jak Igrzyska Olimpijskie w Barcelonie (1992) przyniosły świeżość i rozwój zarówno tego miasta i regionu, tak mistrzostwa Europy w piłce nożnej UEFA – EURO 2012 zostawiły w Polsce wiele cennych aspektów. Wpływ tych zawodów na rozbudowę infrastruktury, której celem było EURO 2012 nie dotyczyło tylko branży hotelarskiej, gastronomicznej, ale także i infrastruktury drogowej, której poświęcony jest niniejszy artykuł.

It is widely known that sporting events create the character of cities and states. Many organisations have discovered the power of promotion through such events. Such as the Olympic Games in Barcelona (1992) brought freshness and development of both the city and the region, so the European Football Championship – UEFA EURO 2012 in Poland have left many valuable aspects. The impact of these professions in the development of infrastructure aimed at EURO 2012 did not concern only the hotel industry, gastronomy, but also road infrastructure, which is devoted to this article.
