Nauczyciel w Polskiej Ramie Kwalifikacji

Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszego tekstu są wyzwania, jakie Polska Rama Kwalifikacji stawia nauczycielom. Punktem wyjścia rozważań jest teza, że przekaz wiedzy i rozwijanie umiejętności nie powinno stanowić dla nauczycieli problemu, natomiast wyróżnione w Ramie Kwalifikacji kompetencje społeczne, przynoszą trudności interpretacyjne i realizacyjne. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie czytelnikom założeń i stanu prac nad Polską Ramą kwalifikacji, pogłębienie rozumienia pojęcie kompetencji oraz uwarunkowań rozwijania kompetencji społecznych o charakterze emancypacyjnym i krytycznym, by uświadomić interesariuszom zmiany oświatowej, szczególnie nauczycielom, wyzwania z tym związane.

The purpose of the following text is to present the challenges of the Polish Qualifications Framework faced by teachers. The starting point for the discussion is the thesis that the transfer of knowledge and skills should not be a problem for teachers, whereas the social competences itemized in the Qualifications Framework bring difficulties of interpretation and implementation. The purpose of this article is to introduce readers to the assumptions and progress of work on the Polish Qualifications Framework, to deepen the understanding of the concept of competence and the conditions of developing social competences of emancipatory and critical nature, in order to make the stakeholders in educational changes, especially teachers, aware of the challenges associated with it.
