dc.description.abstract The paper Amélie cleans the toilet and Jiro dreams of sushi: Film images of work in the Japanese style is dedicated to two films: David Gelba’s documentary Jiro dreams of sushi and the film adaptation of Amelie Nothomb’s autobiographical novel Fear and Trembling.
