O intertekstualności na przykładzie własnego tłumaczenia książki Paula Ricoeura Refl eksja dokonana. Autobiografia intelektualna

Abstract

Celem niniejszej analizy jest przybliżenie problematyki intertekstualności w teorii przekładu. Autorka proponuje analizę wskaźników intertekstualności w swoim własnym tłumaczeniu dzieła francuskiego filozofa Paula Ricoeura zatytułowanego Refl eksja dokonana. Autobiografia intelektualna. Na wstępie pracy zostaje przedstawiona opozycja między pojęciami: „oryginał” – „przekład” oraz „archetekst” – „intertekst”. Następnie autorka przedstawia wskaźniki intertekstualności zawarte w przekładzie, takie jak: cytaty, zapożyczenia z oryginału, nawiązania do innych autorów i komentarze do ich dzieł oraz zapożyczone pojęcia filozoficzne.

The aim of the analysis is to outline the issue of intertextuality in the theory of translation. The notion of intertextuality was introduced by Julia Kristeva in order to underline the relationship existing between texts. The author of the paper offers the analysis of her own translation into Polish of one of the works of Paul Ricoeur, a French philosopher, titled Refl exion faite. Autobiographie intellectuelle. The paper consists of two parts. The first focuses on the presence of the phenomenon of intertextuality in the theory of translation. The author presents the opposition between the term “original text” and the term “translation”, which becomes analogous to the opposition between the term “archetext” and the term “intertext”. In the second part, the emphasis is laid on the indicators of intertextuality which can be found in Refl exion faite. Autobiographie intellectuelle. The author concentrates in particular on such elements as quotations, borrowings from the original, references to other authors and commentaries on their works, and borrowed philosophical terms.
