dc.description.abstract |
The purpose of this article is to consider two issues. The first one is significance of political-legislative doctrines in program of study on Faculty of Law. The second one is validity of research in this area. The article presents various definitions and functions of political-legislative doctrines. Considered different ideas about impact of political theory to practice. Presented the influence of the ideas of philosophers on the development of opinions and actions of politicians and society. The conclusion is that every law student who wants to understand the origin and essence of the state and law, must learn the political-legislative doctrines. With this knowledge the lawyers will be competent in the application of legal standards as well as be able to create new law. |
