Abstract
Artykuł analizuje różne strategie konstruowania obrazu dziecka i dzieciństwa przez pisarzy. Pojęcie symulacji (J. Baudrillard) odnosi się do naśladowania i imitowania kulturowego fenomenu dziecka i dzieciństwa przez dorosłych.
The article focuses on the functioning of the discourse of childhood, which emerges not only from children's and young adult literature, but also from architecture, school programmes, features, animated and educational movies for young audience. The notion of simulation (Baudrillard) enables approaching the discourse of childhood as a way of making up the child and childhood by adults so that it would be easier for them organize the upbringing process.
