Kształcenie infobrokerów w Toruniu

Abstract

Według analiz Międzyresortowego Zespołu do Prognozowania Popytu na Pracę istniejącego przy Rządowym Centrum Studiów Strategicznych, w Polsce do końca 2020 r. drastycznie spadnie liczba osób zatrudnionych w sektorze rolniczym, górniczym, transportowy i paliwowym. Obszarami rozwijającymi się najszybciej będą z kolei informatyka, telekomunikacja, Internet i technologie informacyjne. Zgodnie z tymi przewidywaniami, do zawodów posiadających tzw. „pozytywny trend wzrostowy” należał będzie broker informacji – specjalista wyszukujący i udostępniający informacje na zlecenie. Wychodząc naprzeciw potrzebom zmieniającego się rynku pracy, polskie uczelnie uruchamiają szereg propozycji kształcenia dla osób zainteresowanych uzyskaniem nowych kwalifikacji i prowadzeniem komercyjnej działalności informacyjnej. Artykuł prezentuje ofertę dydaktyczną polskich uczelni publicznych i niepublicznych w tym zakresie realizowaną w roku akademickim 2010/2011. Poza zestawieniem propozycji edukacyjnych oraz ogólną charakterystyką treści nauczania na studiach infobrokerskich, opracowanie omawia wyniki badań ewaluacyjnych przeprowadzonych wśród adeptów nowego zawodu w Toruniu.

According to the analyses made by the Interdepartmental Group for Forecasting the Demand for Work existing by the Govemmental Centre for Strategic Studies in Poland, by 2020 the number of people employed in the agricultural, mining, transport and fuel sectors will have dramatically fallen. The fastest-developing branches will be computer science, telecommunication, the lntemet and information technologies. Thus, the profession of information broker — a specialist commissioned to look for information and make it available — will belong to the group of jobs with the so-called "positive increasing trend". Meeting the requirements of the changing labour market, Polish universities and colleges offer courses for those who are interested in getting new qualifications and running their own commercial information activity. The article presents the educational offer in this field for the academic year 2010/2011. Apart from the offer and general characteristics of the syllabus of courses for information brokers, the article discusses the results of the evaluation carried out among students — future information brokers — in Torun.

Nach einer Analyse der Ressortübergreifenden Arbeitsgruppe zur Prognose von Arbeitsnachfrage, das beim Regierungszentrum für Strategische Studien angesiedelt ist, wird die Zahl der im Landwirtschafts-, Bergbau-, Transport- und Brennstoffsektor beschäftigen Personen in Polen bis Ende 2020 drastisch sinken. Die sich am schnellsten entwickelnden Bereiche werden Informatik, Telekommunikation, Internet und Informationstechnologien sein. Gemäß diesen Vorhersagen wird zu den Berufen mit einem sog. ,,positiven Wachstumstrend“ der Informationsbroker gehören - ein Fachmann, der bei entsprechendem Auftrag Informationen sucht und zugänglich macht. Den Bedürfnissen eines sich verändernden Arbeitsmarktes entgegenkommend, starten polnische Universitäten eine Reihe von Bildungsangeboten für Personen, die daran interessiert sind, neue Qualifikationen zu erwerben und ein kommerzielles Informationsgewerbe zu betreiben. Der Artikel präsentiert das didaktische Angebot polnischer öffentlicher und nichtöffentlicher Universitäten in diesem Bereich, das im akademischen Jahr 2010/2011 realisiert wird. Außer einer Aufstellung der Bildungsangebote sowie einer allgemeinen Charakteristik des Lehrinhaltes eines Infobroker-Studiums enthalt die Abhandlung die Ergebnisse der Evaluierungsuntersuchungen, die unter den Adepten des neuen Berufes in Thorn durchgeführt wurden.
